After signing up for a free trial, we’ll schedule a call to discuss your specific needs and get you started during the call. This personalized approach ensures everything is set up, so you’re ready to start using Fieldbook right away.

During your 14-day free trial, you’ll enjoy full access to all features. To continue using Fieldbook post-trial, you’ll choose from our plans, each tailored with specific usage and support parameters.

To keep using Fieldbook after your trial, simply enter your payment details in our billing portal to subscribe.

Your subscription will renew automatically, charging the payment method on file until you decide to cancel. You can cancel any time before your next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

A tour day refers to each day you’re actively running a tour. A single-day tour counts as 1 tour day, while a 4-day tour counts as 4 tour days.

Fieldbook allows you to schedule a set number of tour days each calendar year, from January 1 to December 31. Each pricing plan has an annual limit on the number of tour days you can schedule.

Once you reach this limit, you won’t be able to schedule more tours for the year.

If your tour days exceed your current plan’s limit, you will need to upgrade to the next plan. If you upgrade mid-billing cycle, the charges for the current billing period will be prorated.

A dedicated account manager is your primary point of contact who provides personalized support, manages your account details, and helps ensure your experience with our platform meets your business needs.

They assist with everything from setup and troubleshooting to training and strategic advice to optimize your use of our services.

• Monthly: Fees are collected in advance and renew on the same date each month. You may cancel anytime before the renewal date to stop future charges, with no refunds for unused periods.
• Quarterly: Fees are collected every three months, with each quarter starting on the date of subscription. Cancel before the next billing quarter to avoid charges.
• Annual: The annual fee is collected upfront for the whole year and renews on the anniversary date each year. Monthly payment transaction fees apply, and no refunds are offered for unused portions of the year if you cancel within the 12-month period.
