After signing up for a free trial, we’ll schedule a call to discuss your specific needs and get you started during the call. This personalized approach ensures everything is set up, so you’re ready to start using Fieldbook right away.

During your 14-day free trial, you’ll enjoy full access to all features. To continue using Fieldbook post-trial, you’ll choose from our plans, each tailored with specific usage and support parameters.

To keep using Fieldbook after your trial, simply enter your payment details in our billing portal to subscribe.

Your subscription will renew automatically, charging the payment method on file until you decide to cancel. You can cancel any time before your next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

In Fieldbook, you can schedule a certain number of tours each calendar year, from January 1 to December 31.

Each plan comes with a specific limit on the number of multi-day and single day tours you can schedule annually. Once you reach this limit, you will be unable to schedule additional tours within the same calendar year without upgrading your plan. For tours that run over the new year, tours count for the year they started on.

Yes, a 2-day, 1-night tour is considered a multi-day tour. While our plan limits typically define the terms for multi-day tours, we recognise that every tour operator has unique needs. We’re more than happy to discuss a customised plan that aligns with the specifics of your tours, especially if you frequently run shorter multi-day trips.

A dedicated account manager is your primary point of contact who provides personalized support, manages your account details, and helps ensure your experience with our platform meets your business needs.

  • Monthly: Fees are collected in advance and renew on the same date each month. You may cancel anytime before the renewal date to stop future charges, with no refunds for unused periods.
  • Quarterly: Fees are collected every three months, with each quarter starting on the date of subscription. Cancel before the next billing quarter to avoid charges.
  • Annual: The annual fee is collected upfront for the whole year and renews on the anniversary date each year. Monthly payment transaction fees apply, and no refunds are offered for unused portions of the year if you cancel within the 12-month period.
